Blogging About Maui Weddings

Maui Sunset CoupleI hope you’re enjoying this new blog: “Will You Maui Me?” We’re enjoying bringing it to you. But I have a favor to ask. . .

We need feedback. We need to know what you’d like to see in these blog posts. Because it certainly takes a lot of our time, we do want and need a response from the very couples that we’re writing for.

If you like our Will You Maui Me blog, please fill in some comments, or link to us. That is one of the best compliments you can possibly give us. If you have a pending wedding in Hawaii (with us or another company), feel free to come on here and ask your questions. This blog won’t be nearly as effective if we don’t handle and answer real questions for real brides and grooms coming to Hawaii.

Also, I should mention that there are several things we’re trying to do here. We want to build relationships with our couples. That’s so important to us. In this era of impersonalization, it is important that you see the real people performing our Maui weddings so that you will know what we’re like. We also would like to know what you are like and what’s on your mind.

In the past we have received lots of great comments from our couples who have enjoyed our Maui wedding photography and also our other Maui wedding services. We want to start putting up more of those comments and will do so as time permits. But we especially like you to be able to make your own comments.

We would love to hear from many of those whose Maui weddings we have performed in the past — about 1300 in all. We’ve certainly lost contain with many couples from the past, but if you were married by us in the past, please feel free to add a comment to this article, or send us an email.

I realize, at the moment, that our subscription base is small, having just started this blog, so I’ll keep asking for this favor in the weeks and months ahead.

We are striving to be authentic with what we share here. That means we will reveal a little bit more of ourselves, giving out more information than most companies are generally expected to do. But having a wedding is a Very personal experience, and we love sharing that with our couples. We also love sharing our couples experiences in the blog, because we know that future brides and grooms will profit from hearing of their experiences.

So, please, feel free to respond!

    John and Susan,
I think this website is extemely informative and helpful. It’s nice to see pictures of the different weddings and couples and to get a better idea of what to expect. Chad and I are looking forward to our upcoming wedding with you. We were a little disappointed to hear about the bridge on the road to Hana, but at least we’ll be able to drive a fair bit on the scenic road. :)
    Keep up the good work,
    Chris Tyink
